Higher Skills for Business is an economic regeneration programme operated in partnership between the three Merseyside HEIS and the local Business Links/ Chambers. Its aim is to increase the dialogue and interaction between HE and businesses, and through this interaction increase the numbers of graduates who remain on Merseyside after completing their studies. By increasing the region's high-level skill base, we hope to improve Merseyside's competitiveness.
